The journey so far
I've been building things since before I knew what entrepreneurship meant. From running an e-commerce business with my father in Year 8, to shipping Minecraft mods to hundreds of thousands of users internationally, curiosity has always turned into creation. In Year 13, I saw how broken careers guidance really is, and decided to do something about it.
Year 8
E-commerce venture with my father, sourcing and selling PPE and goods. First real taste of building something from scratch.
Mid-teens
Minecraft modding: 10,000+ subscribers, 200,000+ downloads, collaborating with developers across timezones. Learned shipping, feedback loops, and what it means to serve a community.
Year 12–13
Tutoring marketplace, library software pitched to schools, multiple experiments. Most failed. All compounded into something bigger.
Year 13
Offers from Imperial, Cambridge interviews, and top universities. Chose the degree apprenticeship route, and saw first-hand how badly students are let down by generic careers advice.
September 2025
Launched Sprout Careers. 2,500+ users and growing. Building the thing I wished existed.
